ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As Associate Director Strategy and Organizational Transformations, you are part of SEEK’s Leadership Team, while serving as a trusted advisor to leading organizations working on sustainability and global human development. You support them in developing winning strategies and in transforming their organizational models and ways of working to maximize their impact. You lead SEEK’s thought leadership on strategy and organizational effectiveness and the growth of our firm through business development. This exciting role requires values-driven leaders with prior experience in management consulting and expertise in strategy and organizational consulting for systemic change.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Client and business leadership - Act as a senior advisor to clients, helping them develop evidence-based strategies to maximize their social impact and working with them to build the organizational prerequisites to deliver
- Take on full responsibility for ensuring the quality of client deliverables and client satisfaction
- Leverage your networks and expertise to identify opportunities to serve existing and new clients, and lead the creation of winning proposals to further grow our portfolio of work in organizational strategy, effectiveness and transformation
Engagement and people leadership - Lead consultant teams working on strategy and organizational transformation projects; guide them on methodologies problem-solving and stakeholder management by drawing on cutting-edge approaches
- Take responsibility for delivering high-quality, high-impact work on client engagements, leveraging your expertise to ensure clients get the best solutions to their challenges
- Ensure staffing provides maximum client impact while also providing development opportunities for colleagues; develop SEEK’s talent through mentoring, coaching, and opportunities for entrepreneurial leadership
Practice and thought leadership - Lead SEEK’s Strategy and Organization Practice, including client service offering, knowledge development/codification, revenue generation
- Deepen our brand and build SEEK’s reputation through expertise and thought leadership
- Lead the development of new approaches and tools to continuously strengthen SEEK’s offering to its clients in the organizational transformation space
Firm leadership - As a member of SEEK’s leadership team, take ownership of building the firm beyond client work, identifying critical enablers for SEEK’s work/brand, and leading internal initiatives around them
- Positively shape SEEK’s culture by cultivating belonging and role-modelling our values
